Ingredients Benefits

Lemon

Lemon oil, extracted from the peels of Citrus limon, is known for its calming and detoxifying properties. In Ayurvedic medicine, the hesperidin found in lemon oil is said to prevent endotoxicity caused by lipopolysaccharides — a major trigger of septic shock, resulting in multiple organ damage through excessive stimulation of the host’s immune cells. Lemon oil also improves blood circulation and stimulates white blood cells, increasing the ability to fight off diseases.

Lavender

Lavender oil is an essential oil obtained by distillation from the flower spikes of certain species of lavender. Lavender essential oil, with its calming scent, makes for an excellent tonic for the nerves. It helps in treating migraines, headaches, anxiety, depression, nervous tension, and emotional stress. The refreshing aroma removes nervous exhaustion and restlessness, and increases mental activity. Lavender oil is also great for digestion, sleep, and even pain relief.

Grapefruit

Grapefruit oil, derived from the peel of Citrus paradise, is composed of limonene, alpha-pinene, sabinene, myrcene, geraniol, linalool, citronellal, decyl acetate, neryl acetate, and terpineol. Grapefruit oil has antiviral, antiseptic, and diuretic properties that aid in the detoxification process. It refreshes the mind, relieves anxiety, revives vitality, uplifts mood, and helps disperse negative energy. Grapefruit also helps decrease unwanted mucus during detoxification.

Ginger

Ginger, or Zingiber officinale, is a zippy spice that has been used medicinally for thousands of years. Its oil, extracted through steam distillation, offers anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer, and antioxidant activities. Because of its high concentration of gingerol and shoga, it helps cleanse the body by stimulating digestion, circulation, and perspiration. Ginger oil helps cleanse the build-up of toxins and waste in the colon, liver, and other organs. It also aids digestion and eliminates motion sickness and nausea.

Juniper

Juniper oil is a balsamic, woodsy essential oil that is obtained through steam distillation of the needles, wood, and powdered fruits of Juniperus communis. Juniper oil acts as a blood purifier by helping remove toxins like uric acid, heavy metals, pollutants, and certain compounds and hormones produced by the body itself. Juniper oil also promotes urination, making it beneficial for people who are suffering from an accumulation of water in the body, or swelling due to minor or chronic renal failure.

Mandarin

Mandarin orange essential oil is extracted by cold compression of the fresh peels of Citrus Reticulata. It contains alpha-thujone, alpha pinene, beta pinene, camphene, citral, citronellal, gamma terpinolene, geranial, geraniol, limonene, linalool, methyl anthranilate, myrcene, nerol, sabinene, and terpineol. Mandarin orange oil helps purify the blood by helping remove toxic and unwanted substances from the body through urination, defecation, and perspiration. This helps prevent diseases that result from the accumulation of toxins, including abscesses, boils, acne, gout, and arthritis.

*Adult + Peppermint

Peppermint is a cross between water mint and spearmint and thrives in Europe and North America. It helps cleanse the lymphatic system, addressing unwanted weight gain and a sluggish digestion. Peppermint oil’s menthol aroma helps open airways and revive a sleepy head. As a natural antioxidant, peppermint will help detoxify the liver and strengthen the GI system. When applied topically, peppermint helps support the gallbladder and decrease inflammation.

Oregano

Oregano oil is a highly beneficial essential oil extracted from the leaves of Origanum vulgare. It contains phenols, a powerful form of antioxidant that eliminates disease-causing free radicals. Oregano oil helps destroy organisms that cause skin infections and digestive problems and strengthen the immune system. It is also helpful in stopping allergic reactions and improving respiratory health.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass essential oil is extracted through steam distillation of dried lemongrass. Lemongrass is known by the scientific names Cymbopogon citratus and Andropogon citratus. The main compounds of its essential oil are myrcene, citronellal, geranyl acetate, nerol, geraniol, neral, limonene, and citral. These compounds help clean out the kidneys through urination, thereby removing toxins, lowering blood pressure, and reducing swelling.

Fennel

Fennel oil is obtained by steam distilling the crushed fennel seeds of Foeniculum vulgare. Fennel oil is a good laxative for people who experience either chronic or acute constipation. However, unlike synthetic laxatives, it has no side effects and can be used regularly. It also increases the frequency of urination and the quantity of urine, not only helping remove excess water, sodium, uric acid, bile salts, and other toxic elements from the body but also lowering blood pressure, cleansing the kidneys, and reducing fat.
